About Us

^{We’re a small, independent animation studio, and we’re all about creating anime-style animations using Blender.Our team works on a volunteer basis, so everything we ever make goes straight back into the growth of indie 3D animation.}

ANIMATORS AND LAYOUT ARTISTS

_Expectations
- In-depth knowledge of animation principles, timing, weight and staging.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in Maya or Blender.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Demo reel required, showcasing your skills. Please have a single video for your demo reel. (Vimeo/YouTube)
- Expected to have short-medium turnaround on shots.
- Be present for bi-weekly check-ins._{Extra Information}
- This is an UNPAID, VOLUNTEER position.
- Communication through Discord is REQUIRED.

CHARACTER AND ENVIRONMENT MODELLERS

_Expectations
- Proficient in 3D modelling using Blender and/or Maya.
- Experience in modelling both stylized and semi-realistic environments and/or characters.
- Clean topology, optimized meshes, and correct scale are expected.
- Able to work with concept art and turnarounds to build accurate 3D assets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Able to take feedback and contribute ideas where applicable.
- Bi-weekly team check-ins via Discord are required._{Extra Information}

VIDEO EDITORS

_Expectations
- Proficient in editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
- Strong understanding of visual rhythm, pacing, and storytelling through cuts.
- Ability to sync audio, manage multiple video tracks, and maintain consistent quality.
- Must be capable of handling a short to medium turnaround on editing tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Able to accept and apply feedback constructively.
- Attendance at bi-weekly check-ins via Discord is expected._{Extra Information}
